Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use PlanVoya (planvoya.com). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use PlanVoya.

The service

PlanVoya creates travel plans with artificial intelligence: itineraries, hotel and experience suggestions, budget estimates and tips. The service is free. We don't sell travel products ourselves, and we never make a booking for you.

AI-generated content: please double-check

• Plans are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Opening hours, prices, availability, transport details and whether a place is still open can be wrong or out of date.
• Prices and budgets are estimates, not quotes. Always confirm the final price and conditions with the provider before you book.
• PlanVoya doesn't give legal, visa, health, safety or insurance advice. Check entry requirements, travel warnings and your insurance cover with official sources.

Bookings with third parties

Booking buttons take you to independent providers. Any booking is a contract between you and that provider, under their terms and prices. We aren't responsible for their services. Some of these links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure.

Fair use

• Use PlanVoya for personal travel planning.
• Don't abuse the service. That includes automated or bulk requests, scraping, getting around rate limits, attempts to manipulate the AI, and entering unlawful or harmful content.
• We may limit or block access when the service is being misused.

Your plans and our content

You may use, print and share the plans you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes. Anyone who has a plan's link can view that plan. The PlanVoya name, design and site content belong to us.

Liability

PlanVoya is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or for losses that result from relying on generated content. This includes missed connections, closures and price differences. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version published here applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
